When I click on any weapon in the warehouse list, I get a tooltip with a description. However, if I move my mouse away, the tooltip disappears and there is no way to get it back.
If I click on the weapon again, nothing happens. If I click on another weapon, I get the tooltip for that one, but when I click on the first weapon again, nothing happens.
I hope that was understandable.

It is not just weapons either. All of the items are like that in the warehouse, including omnipods.
