Appears when mousing over items, LRM Ammo in this case. You can't click on it, it disappears as soon as you mouse off LRM Ammo. Clicking on the LRM Ammo doesn't do anything. What is it even for?

You get this when mousing over an engine.

Are these pulling the wrong resource string from the resource files? Or are the strings in the resource file wrong?
