To participate in the founders part, you have to be in a founders mech, so yes you have to have a founders mech to participate in that part of the event, awards for the personal challenge are not worth the time-thinking this screw up my be the straw that broke the camel's back when it comes to this game...way to leave people out that gave you money and have supported you since day 1.

I really wish I could have found a logical way for the Veteran founders to participate with the Kill count and the leaderboard!
We appreciate you too! But you guys and gals not having a founders 'Mech really limits my options!

If it was up to me Alpine peaks would be my choice I have too many fond memories on Forest colony!

I think PGI already made founder mechs have the same C-bill boost as hero mechs and other c bill boosted mechs. I remember hearing Russ mentioning it before somewhere.

Your a legendary founder, you should be able to test the difference with a Founder mech and a hero mech C-Bill earnings after a match to see if it's true or not.

Nah... Forest Colony needs to be revamped and expanded... Too small for 12v12 ! And the visibility sucks big time for whatever reason... One of the my pet peevs in MWO.

given we have 2 variations of River City, Frozen City & Forest Colony already, I vote we start with Alpine Peaks. Oops the challenge started too late

I know it said "send me a PM" ... but why not post it here ...

It's probably too late to code something special attached to the founder's cockpit trinkets we've received with other packages, but that's possibly another option in the future for something like contributing to a kill counter.

Oh, cmon! Inject a Founders Jenner or something to Veteran accounts, even if just for the duration of event. The guys deserve it, imo.

Make them only pilot Trial Mechs for the event Inner Sphere only, 1 light, 1 medium, 1 heavy, 1 assault class per Russ' choice.

What you have in your Cockpit at the time of getting a Kill is not tracked in post match data. Also they would have needed to get a Phoenix pack. Right? Believe me we racked our brains on this one.

I think that it would be great if once you get your 30 points (or the required minimum), whatever is above is shared amongst the rest of the group, starting with who needs less points to get to the required minimum. Or/also if you award 1 point every minimum you meet, i.e. 80=1, 160=2, etc, could be also a good way to reduce the grind.
