In Expanded view Current Tonnage remains the same when you switch between Standard and Artemis Missile Guidance even after save.

I noticed this because when you select Artemis is says the weight cost is 2.5 tons but you can switch between, save and pay the upgrade / downgrade cost and the current weight of the mech never changes.
