- Clicking on a weapon and mousing onto any other weapon closes the weapon detail pop-up dialog
- Go to mechlab, go to expanded layout
- On any weapon, left click and keep your mouse hovering on this weapon (this should open the details about this weapon)
- Move your mouse vertically until it hovers over the next weapon above or below your presently selected weapon
- Notice how tooltip closes
- Go to mechlab, go to expanded layout
- After a weapon's details have closed, clicking on another weapon and clicking back on that same weapon will no longer open the weapon details.
- Follow steps for defect #1 above
- Click on a different weapon than what was used above
- Click back on the weapon from step #1
- Notice how there is no tooltip
- Follow steps for defect #1 above

The behavior of the information popups on all of the items in the warehouse seems unreliable and inconsistent. Clicking on items will sometimes show the info popup, but other times it will not, and as mentioned above the "click-for-info" mechanic is inconsistent with the predominant behavior of holding the mouse over an item for additional information.

This is an issue with the live build as well - popups/tooltips don't popup if you click on something before hovering over it. You have to move your cursor off of the item and back onto it again to activate the popup. Also, when you mouse away from the item, the popup disappears instantly, even if you move your mouse ONTO the popup. It should really hang there for about a second after mousing away, so that have the chance to move your cursor onto the popup itself and have it stay there and you can point your cursor at things and look at stuff.
