Right now, there are two ways to find out about the quirks on a mech. In the store or in the mechlab by opening the Mech Stats panel in the bottom right.
This is fine, but It should also be in the mech select screen, because often it is difficult to remember, which variant had which quirks. Like, which Dragon had the AC5 quirks? The 5N? 1C? 1N? Having to open each variant in the mechlab or store to find out is very convoluted and annoying.
