And generally the least effective one is the LRM 20s, as a single launcher, with their wider spread than the rest.

And with 2 total posts you obviously haven't been around long enough to know they are currently the MOST nerfed weapon in the game, and almost totally useless in higher ELO's
Playing smart is the easiest way to counter act them

They are also one of the game's weakest before you even take ECM into account.

Its clear to see your new here. LRMs, yes, they seem very OP to a new player. However, you will learn to adapt to them and move from cover to cover and learn to avoid them, or you will QQ forever.
I to used to think they were the most OP thing in the game, I then learned to move with cover, where they might be firing from and not to be so aggressive. LRMs rarely even lock on me anymore, they fire, but typically, unless im in a bad spot, I can dive into cover. THeir damage overall sounds and feels alot worse then it is to. I have an LRM30 Mad Dog with Artemis, it takes me like 400 rockets to kill the Training grounds Awesome.....
So, if you are dying to LRMs you need to learn to move better, react quicker and try to keep a quick cover route close by.
I used to get absolutely demolished by LRMs as well...once on Forest Colony, I took my Warhawk, stood on a hill and before I had lock off me, I had no back armor, stripped just about everywhere and I think an arm gone.....it was like 15s solid of LRMs.....
LRMs are actually quite bad....
