Mech XP or GXP (general XP)? Never use GXP unless you have a LOT and are in a hurry. Save it for modules. I'd normally say heat related stuff but considering your mech you could take anchor turn.

In the mech tree, I always take the heat related skills first.

In the player tree, I'd focus first on the weapon modules for your mech and then save up for Radar Deprivation

Recommendations quoted from metamechs:
Basics: Cool Run – Heat Containment – Hard Brake – Kinetic Burst – Twist Speed – Twist X – Anchor Turn – Arm Reflex

Elites: Speed Tweak – Fast Fire – Quick Ignition – Pinpoint

Depends on your build. Taking heat containment for a ballistics-type would be a bad idea relative to Twist X, for instance. And if you could benefit from Quick Ignition your heat management was crap. Arm skills are stronger than torso skills if the majority of your firepower was in the arms, and completely useless if your build had no arm points at all.

Target Decay module negates Radar Deprivation.

GXP accumulates very very slowly. Never spend it on mech, only the pilot tree. Personally I would get some mech modules before weapons: Target Decay, Seismic, Zoom, Radar Dep. Those are all good and it will take awhile to get a few modules.

The best mech modules in general are Radar Deprivation - Seismic Sensor - Advanced Zoom.

If you have a specific role in mind, I can give you the hierarchy of the ones for your role.

Make sure to always take Pin Point LAST, seeing as that particular skill is turned off. All convergence at present is instant, so the +5% speed is obsolete.

Personally, depends on the build I'm running. If it's energy/heat intensive, then Cool Run and Heat Containment are a must. Otherwise, Anchor Turn and both Torso skills can take priority.

Arm reflex is only considered if you have at least a weapon group solely for arm mounted weapons, otherwise, prioritize it last.
