What is happening in CW is purely a function of population disparity, and nothing to do with match balance. People are swapping over to IS because they just finished playing Clan and want to use their other mechs. Next month they will swap back to Clan, and use the reduced IS tonnage to steamroll to Terra.
PGI changing match balance to favor the Clans after the Clans have won every single CW event is pure idiocy. So is ******* with match balance to try to fix a population issue.
