Up until maybe the last patch or two i have had little to no problems. But now I am getting ridiculous amounts of "Disconnected from Server" errors.
I only noticed it when I was group playing with a friend and it started doing it consistently. At first I thought it was one of my mechs because one had the error then next round i swapped and had no problems, then went back to it and it gave the same thing. Then it spread into other mechs that didn't originally had that problem. I gave up trying to get through after the 4th game in a row where i couldn't connect.
Does anyone have the solution/workaround? This is really frustrating because i really want to play with my friend but I can't
At the moment i haven't tried the repair tool (don't know where to find it) but I don't know if it'll work. Please help

This game is virtually unplayable with mass disconnects in quite literally every game I've been in the past several days. And that crash when going into cockpit view that happens randomly. Didn't notice anything this extreme since this recent update.

Me too, although i am not disconnecting all the time. Started for me about a couple days ago; every time i drop into a match i get 500-800 ping the entire match, makes it too hard to play. Interestingly enough i dont have this problem with anything else that requires internet, including other internet games. Also this is a consistent problem that does not go away at any time of the day.
side note: yes my antivirus is manually set to allow all mwo exe.s

Repair tool is found on the launcher/patcher, it's the little cog button in the top right of the window.
Have you all who are having these issues got the information on your ISPs and computers (components, programs that you run concurrently with MWO, etc.)? A thread like this would likely be much more useful to resolution of the issue with more information (even if I can't provide such a workaround myself).
Also consider using a traceroute and then posting here: http://mwomercs.com/...asked-question/
You may be getting misrouted.

Hmm, I wish I knew the game server address so I could tracert it; I also wish i knew how to read it. I know what the numbers mean, but not the names of the paths that are taken (like how to know if I am going to Australia, then Germany, then back to Australia, then the moon, then Canada)
Also, repair tool did nothing, and connecting to google public DNS didn't help(not sure why i did this, I'd been drinking and for some reason i thought that would help)

For me, I can't even connect to the game servers after finding a match because of massive packet losses.
Heck, even on the 12th hop I can get massive packet drop from that server.

This game is just unplayable for me now.
So if any of your connections goes through either 198.27.73.151 or 191.27.73.181, this may explain connection drops.
The MWO server IP address us 192.99.109.192. The program I used to get the above image is Pingplotter freeware edition.
I just took this since the above image was a few days old. I literally cannot play because of this.
