I already made a thread like this on reddit, where I posted earlier versions of this and have now incorporated suggestions from there.
1.) Frozen City:
The problem with the current map is, that it is just a little too small and that there are not a lot of options. You either push B4 or you rush the saddle (C3). Or you push the tunnel and lose.
So the idea here is to make the map larger, redesign the tunnel, and improve the strengths of the map (longer saddle/ridge and larger city).
To keep the balance, the bases will then have to move as well.

2.) Forest Colony (snow):
Again, this map is just too small. It was clearly designed for 8v8. I tried to make it about as big as Caustic Valley, because the designers have said that that is the ideal size for 12v12 and I agree with that.
Now, there is a chance that this version is a little too big, because it is not nearly as open as Caustic Valley and it is easier to hide. So maybe it should only be expanded to the south. Or only to the north. I am not sure.
The other problem with the current map is the filter/post processing. It is extremely difficult to see stuff. Changing that should be a priority. A lot of people have said that they liked it better in closed beta, so maybe just go back to that?

3.) Alpine Peaks:
The major problem here is the central mountain. You either hold it and win or you lose. It is that simple.
There is also the Antenna hill and the F10 area, which are of interest, but that's it. Everything else is more or less useless. 3 points of interest on such a massive map is very bad.
The only way to fix this, that I can see, is to simply get rid of the mountain and replace it with several smaller ones, so that there are multiple attack lanes.
The second problem is cover. This map is extremely open, which favors long range builds and lrms. There should be a lot more cover, such as rocks or buildings everywhere.
The third issue is size. The map is so huge, that it can take 4 minutes of walking to get to the fight. And with my changes, it might be very difficult to find each other here. So I would strongly advise to decrease the size of the map.
