So, how well will these mechs rank into the ones we currently have?
I know for a fact that Wolfhound is right behind firestarter probably if hitboxes are the same.

How far and fast the Mauler can twist will determine its usefulness. Also whether or not the missile pods will work like the TImberwolf, or if not how strong the ST will be.
If these are good it's going to be one of the best IS assault mechs in the game.

Resistance mechs: It depends on quirks.
Clan mechs:
Arctic Cheetah will dominate lights
Shadowcat will be a usable probably mid-range medium that won't dethrone the Stormcrow but will at least be better than the Nova.
Cauldron Born will be an excellent Heavy, not dethroning the Timberwolf but bringing the same armament with great hardpoints, and particularly for CW doing so at ten less tons.
Executioner will be usable but niche; probably taken in CW due to Timberwolf style loadouts and speed but more armor, and tonnage being freed up by the Cheetah and Cauldron Born.

Arctic Cheetah will probably be Firestarter level with Spider armor.
Shadowcat is probably going to be something like a ECM Cicada mixed in with a Grid Iron. In other words a fast, long range poker with ECM.
Cauldron Born will be able to bring Timber firepower for 10t less. Likely will be better at poking due to high hard points. No JJs and obviously less armor than a Timber. But I imagine it will be a very good mech.
Executioner is probably not going to be seen much in CW as it has Timber firepower but weighs 20t more. Still a organized wave of these would move fast and be hard to stop due to that higher armor level and good mobility.
Woldhound will depend on quirks, but is looking like a jumpjet-less Firestarter. So I'm guessing it'll be good and almost certainly better than say a Jenner.
Crab is interesting, but the IS 50t space is very crowded and so it might be tough to prove it's worth. Still looks like it has high hardpoints and plenty of em, so it should be decent.
Black Knight is reminding me way to much of the Grasshopper. The torso hardpoints are really low as are the arms and this doesn't have JJs to compensate. Plus the all energy hardpoints like the GH... Quirks and final hardpoint placement are going to determine if this mech is worth it.
Mauler looks pretty decent. Hardpoint placement seems good, though the torso missile tubes could make XL engines a no go. Still at 90t there should be a reasonable amount of space and with the torso ballistic slots I'm betting you will see a lot of dual gauss builds.
