Seems to change from time to time. So expect the usual, weekends North America and Euro times.

The primetime for NA is fairly active as well as the euro primetime. The late night (after midnight CST) CW time is a bit less populated, but still sees activity. Just make sure to post/drop on a planet with active defenders/attackers in que. If you are going to drop, check out NA Comstar TS channels for active CW groups. I don't know any groups that aren't friendly to new people and most will welcome you to drop with them in CW unless they are full up. Good luck

If you rewind a few weeks, right before the reset, you'll be able to get in a game or two.

Keep in mind that if you're not part of an organized group, thus placing yourself at the mercy of the matchmaker, you could end up waiting quite a while as you get shuffled around until you fit somewhere.
At least it doesn't use that whole Elo thing.

Active times will be after the next reset. People I talk to Don't see a reason to fight and ghost drop for planets anymore.

Y'know, oddly enough, I can actually make more money just grinding in CW than in the Tutorial Queue, depending on how populated it is.....at least for now.
Since so many of the high Elo group players are slumming it up in the Tutorial Queue, you catch a lot more losses than wins if you're not a new guy being used as filler. At least, that's how it's working out for me....but, I'm a bonuswh*re...there's lots of bonuses to be had all over the place in CW.

Yeah, but CW as a game experience sucks. I'd rather take less (theoretical) c-bills and have actual fun in the PUG queue.
