Since patch have noticed Clan Ultra AC weapon hit detection way off, usually do 400-800 damage in public match games, after patch can barely get 200. crosshairs don't light up red when hitting targets, sometimes they will light up but only 10% of the time.
Anyone else notice this? or should i repair game

Right now there's basically no hitreg at all in clan lasers and/or PPCs. Only lockable weapons work somehow.

Been having issues with hit reg with C/ERPPC since patch. If you fire them too fast they will not register. You have to currently fire, wait for the splash animation to clear, before firing again, which means you're waiting appx 1second between each shot. And if you're running something like the Warhawk, that extra time exposed to get off a couple shots can severely hurt you.

This is might interesting for some to see...
Basically showing Hit Reg failing on a Firestarter 1min 34sec mark.
In this match I was playing at 242ms and the Firestarter that refused to die 359ms.
It has always been my experience that ballistics Hit Reg tends to fail at close range and in this case all my shots that were aim into the Firestarter's Open RT went to the RA instead.... And the bugger legged friendly FS blocking my final shots server as an irritating distraction that got me killed.
I can only assume that the combined lag just makes HSR fail.

Hit detection issues are back alright. Its one step forward two steps back with this game. For the love of god pgi STOP farting about with new content and fix what we already have. The hit reg issue must have over 200 topics by now and has been a problem for far longer than it should.
As the spider (yeah i know) i was just trying to kill laughed off the two lpl, ml and six machineguns i hit it three times alpha centre mass. Then in training grounds i got a fluke shot on a jenner and headshotted it with a single ac20 round from my ylw. So ac20=20 damage, unless im very much mistaken the vast majority of mechs have full head armour by default so 33 points of damage required to heatshot the mech. Unless of course the ylw's ac20 is actually an ac33.

Had a funny incident yesterday:
Firestarter running straight at me but his torso twisted to the side, shooting someone. He didn't see me, I take my time to aim. At about 40m distance he turns his torso and I can LITERALLY see him **** his pants as he stops dead in his tracks looking at me. He's not moving for at least two seconds and I alpha him straight in the center with 3lpls and 4ml (53points of damage) from my BLR.
When he came at me his front CT armor was slightly yellow. When he left his front CT armor was slightly orange. No other bodyparts light up.
So he turns around and runs away, I imagine with a maniacal cackle and his soiled trousers.

Seriously... how am I never that lucky in my Firestarters, Panthers, or Spiders... all the Clanners and mostly everyone else claims these Mechs are broken for hitboxes... but mine die just fine from instances like that one, Ironwithin! LOL fml... must be lag shield cause California is too nice for my ping

I know what you mean, whenever I take out one of my ravens I get insta-cored as soon as someone even looks at me funny, even when running full-speed between cover. You'd think my ping of 120ish would help too but nope. Large lasers strafe me slightly and my center goes boom.
It's just these weird instances and odd combinations of mysterious conditions and any light suddenly becomes invulnerable.
I do get to one-shot lights often enough lately but sometimes it's just unreal how much damage they can take.

At Phoenix rising I did alpha some hunchback centre six times with battlemaster lasers, no effect at all.
