Not every team can get access to super active players or even gets to cherry pick them like SJR/EMP. From the looks of it, having 200 players doesn't even guarantee a CW 12-man will form every night. Yay for edge cases like KCom, super great group of guys, but not everyone can do that with so few players. If you want better fights, start recruiting some new players and try to carry them perhaps? -MS- has several new recruits trying to learn to play and we lose games for it. Is SJR or Kcom doing that? Obviously not with high win rates.

We don't play the mode except for edge cases or "for fun" at the end of the night sometime.

I have a feeling that teams of all skills feel the same way about CW and what it needs. They would play more if there was more to it.

The overall skill level of the game would go higher if people took the game more serious because stakes were higher.

We always invite pugs to join us on our ts channel and join or group if we have space. In fact, just last night, we broke up our 12 because we had enough pugs to run two groups. We even have people who regularly drop with us. Please don't assume we are a closed and insular group to pugs we meet in queues.

I'd prefer a system where larger units get less reward while the smaller units get a larger reward.

Not as a punitive thing, just that there seems to be a regressive system going on and and it's a hindrance for those who are slowly building up their Toumans or believe that their work doesn't mean anything within the overall universe.
