Just want to answer the question if record level slider has an impact on mic sensitivity
while speaking
i.e. if it responds better when setting record level to -20 db

record level -20 db = nobody can hear you because
its actually the recording volume level

(very confusing cause the box with your name pops up while speaking but tested it ingame
and i was told they see my name but cant hear anything).So you have to
put the record level slider to 20db or sayd in other words
far right for best result in voice transmission.
It´s the case that the mic only gets activated when you speak louder then normal.
You also coud change the mic volume level in windows audio settings
(speaker symbol down right) but there are other threads that explain this task.
