Hi,

I've been playing around with Huginn build and wanted to use it with a UAC5... but even with my UAC5 cooldown module the UAC5 jams CONSTANTLY. Its way more than the 20% norm. And more than what I find when I use it on other mechs (not quirked for UAC5).

Can someone check the code for a bug here?

Thanks!

It's not 20% of the time. It's 20% on every shot.

UAC is a bad investment unless you boat them. And even then they can be frustrating.

It's 20% on every shot you fire while on cooldown.
If you hold the fire-button down the gun will fire without jamming, ever, at the "normal" cooldown-rate.

I believe it's safe to assume Jman88 isn't holding the button down.

It's a 20% chance to jam for every tapped shot, keeping in mind that it is possible (though likely related to lag) to fire twice during cooldown (meaning a triple shot before the cooldown is over).

Admittedly that is recorded before the 'hold to fire' functionality.

Jman88. Hold the fire button down. Double tap in emergencies.
Or consider simply using an AC/5.

When did it become 20%? I could've sworn it's 15%

If I remember right they buffed it several months ago to 15%, then nerfed it to 25% and then buffed it again to 20%.

Thanks for the tip, smurfy still lists it as 15% for some reason.

Well I might be wrong. :D
Unfortunately I'm also way too lazy to dig through the changelogs.
