This has been covered quite a bit, but I can help out real quick.

Downloads the profile utility under 'system specs' area. Run it, copy/paste the results into the specs box, then submit. 100% !!!

This is what they exactly want to see. Just use some free benchmark program like Everest and fill in the needed data. Or try to disable your Antivirus for some minutes.

You can find and download Everest for free via Google.
