Endo Steel, Ferro Fibrous, Artemis, and Double Heat Sinks. You should only have to purchase these once, and then you own them for that mech. Some people switch and tune their builds a lot, it would go a long way to not have to continuously have to purchase these. Even a smaller maintenance fee would be acceptable, after the original purchase. I can't even tell you how many c-bills I've thrown out the window tinkering with mech upgrades. Something to think about.
