i don't think so sorry - the kodiak mech i am pretty sure is not an omnimech
and in mwo clan mechs are all omnimech, they would have to do an extra balance pass to make sure the clan non--omni mechs would still feel clan like and be balanced with other clans and vs the IS as well

Yeah, it will come. The inevitable next step in power creep will be a Clan non-omni mech pack. Coming soon, no doubt. No, there is no official info yet.
