Technically, they can't reverse the nerfs because they haven't yet been implemented. You'll have to hold your breath until the first patch of June at the very earliest.

As long as they don't nerf any hunchie except for Grid Irons, Enforcers, Centurions, Cicadas, Orions, and Lolcusts, I'll be fine.

The OP is right, this seems to be the entitled way that these meta-comp-1334-super men do stuff. Much like a bunch of entitled kids they try to scream over all other opposition and protest until they get their way. Bullying the company by posting how much they paid, and the fact that they are entitled to broken mechs. And they are all whining about a nerf that affects a select few weapon systems that the mechs can carry. They wouldn't be mad if the company took away all quirks to IS mechs, just don't touch their broken babies. Not that there aren't plenty of other mechs they can play or at least other variants.

Please, have you seen all the qq that is going around on IS side for them simply dropping 10 tons on the drop deck?

People even saying that PGI is pro clan when Russ admits he is totally an IS fan boy.
