I'm having the same issue as eFTy, I'm certain I had over 20 qualifying matches, but the event page shows me as not having reached the top goal for the Phoenix Rising event. So if you'd care to look into that as well while you're at it...

all my matches for Sunday evening my time didnt show on personal challenge either. Know I had 11 going in and qualified at least 8 more during the evening.

I too am short several points from last night's matches that were not recorded. The counter currently says that I am at 14, but I should be at 17 or 18, and should have received the 2 million C-Bills. Thank you!

i lost about 15 matches .
i got the 20 points easy, played ALOT over the weekend .
what buggs me most is that it cost me a listing in the top 50 of the shaddowhawk ranking.
i had the ambition to show up in the top 50 list and worked REALY hard on it
on the evening of the malfunction i noticed that i droped down to rank 54.... so i played about 15 more matches with 3 of em verry successfull (matchscore of 104 , 98 and 92 if i remember correctly)and hoped that it would raise my score enough for a position between 40and 45 but today i noticed that my score stayed and non of those matches made it to the restored ranking so i droped even further to 64 . i dont care about the price, i had fun and learnd to use the worst shaddowhawk variant correctly. i am a little angry for failing my goal due to the server malfunction.

I am a phoenix owner and i want it re-opened because i was to upgrade my phoenix package.

Please PGI, if your not going to open it to the public, can we phoenix owners atleast upgrade our phoenix package if we dont already have the top tier?

There is an abstain/don't care option, its called not voting.

There probably should have been a post on the front page titled "Phoenix Rising Poll" with a link to the poll in addition to posting it here and on the tournament page. Plenty of people aren't checking this again, because of the title. I've seen people ask about the poll and they don't even think to check the tournament page either.

So, weird issue on my end here too w Phoenix Rising Event. Not resolved. Worked all weekend, had monday off. For fun I dropped a bit monday morning in Shadowhawk phoenx variant. Great games. Didnt even think I got my full 10 in... but it had me moving up on 100th place, so I figured I might try to break top 50. Then everything stopped registering and it wasnt clear if it would even be looked at till today, patch day tuesday.

Then, a post came saying keep playing, we have our top men on it. I had a few more good games, but still prolly about 20-25 total. Had things to do, so did them. I came back and it registered me 94th place, with about 1200 points. Figured I could do better, since there were some phenomenal games, us some real dogs in my 10. Startex playing again and suddenly was in 627th place. All games apparently lost. This annoyed me, kinda motivated me to get back to 94th at least... harder to do in peak hours. I did so through the evening and night, getting down to 80's but was tired from all the grinding.

I come and look this morning and it lists me as 94th place AGAIN, with around 1200ish. Gotta ask, what's the deal, did the top 10 overall get counted, or only the best of one session or the other? Seems odd to end up exactly the same. What - if anything, gives?

Just to add to the chorus, Was on 18 games over the required score when the issues began last night, continued playing and stopped counting at 24. Results still show 18. Hard to define the problem as "fixed" if an appreciable percentage of the games played have been lost to the ether.

Is there any plan to recover the results, or should I just give up on my final prize? Frankly I'm more miffed I skipped out on CW games to complete it as fast as posssible and my group had quit CW for the evening by the time I'd got past 20.
