A Simple 'real' Heat Scale

I believe an actual heatscale with penalties would benefit MWO by making it feel like Battletech and increasing the TimeToKill.

I don't know anything about programming so this may not be as simple as i think it is so... i think they should keep the current heat buildup/threshold/dissipation mechanics the same, but add penalties at 50% heat build-up (movement modifier), and 75% heat build-up (something aim related and maybe increase the first penalty).

This would make heat management something more than just "don't shut down". it would decrease the amount of alpha-strikes and thus increase TTK.

This has been discussed long time ago and many times, and they still haven't done anything about it.
