It also usually takes 2-3 days for money to be returned to your credit card, so don't worry about not getting your refund immediately.



Must be nice. I still like the game but there is no way I can play and do my work plus watch the kids now and would rather blow the money on something else.

Sry for necroing this thread, but I seem to have run into the same problem :( I've contacted billing@mwomercs.com to cancel my preorder for the Marauder IIC, but it's been six days now, and I haven't heard from them yet. I also wrote a message to general@mwomercs.com, asking them to confirm that they've received my refund request and advise on how to proceed, but they haven't replied, either. Anyone know of any other way to contact PGI and at least have them acknowledge that my request is being processed, and not just ignored?

Ask Russ on twitter.... he may block you after you ask him... but that would be the only other way outside of the forums to get contact from PGI.
