A call to arms pop-up is one thing, but I beleive this will help pug's & units alike make informed decisions. I can't find any downside to this, and my guess is it will be very simple to add (compared to other features).
Thoughts?

Don't you already see that %age on the planet picture, before you click attack/defend?

Hydro means the list of planets. On the list of attackable/defendable planets have the percentage captured in between the name of the planet and the (48/48) number of attackers/defenders.
So instead of
Knox Butte 48/48
Penistone 24/24
etc...
it would be
Eudapimp 27% 38/38
Idaho 53% 69/69
etc...
So instead of
