So let me get this straight...

Not only does the Timberwolf receive the negative quirks it has today but also...

They took away the only positive quirk it had from the Timberwolf D's left arm? 5% energy heat efficiency? Um... I dont know about you guys but if I had purchased one with real dollars and have a positive quirk just straight up taken from me... thats just wrong.

I can understand the balancing negative quirks, which im not happy about, but people paid real life money for that 5% energy heat efficiency quirk...

You cant false advertise a product, deliver it, then take it away. This is going too far listing a positive quirk under a product on your website, and having customers purchase it under the assumption that quirks may be adjusted for balance but not completely taken away from the mech they purchased. It is no longer the same mech the customer purchased. It is now a different product.

For shame PGI, for shame.

That was the quirk everyone expected to lose.

It was a given. One of the best types of quirks on the best robot.

If you bought ANY mech SOLEY for the QUIRKS, You ****** up, Not PGI.
Blame Yourself. Online games are constantly being balanced, You should have know they would change the quirks at one point.

Read the damn EULA.

I buy my mechs/modules/colors/camos/cockpit items knowing full well that they are subject to change at any given moment.

Except PGI can't nerf my Jagers' arm height, WAHAHAHAHAHA!

my statement stands, if you bought any mech just because of the quirks, its your fault.

There is a reason why sane people don't buy mechs from the gift store.

The fact that it changed after its official C-bill/MC release is normal... had it changed DURING its tenure in the gift store... like the Timberwolf-A or Stormcrow-B (the latter of which has 2 nerfs that make zero sense), you'd have a case.

Caveat emptor.

You can make your statement all you want, ignoring what my entire post is all about, and not contribute anything to the thread. It is and was your choice obviously.

I bought that arm, for c-bills, for exactly it's quirks. I could have just used a Tbr-s arm else...

Same here, I at least want my c-bills back. This is ridiculous.

Are you seriously crying over a few hundred thousand C-Bills for the arm? Grow up. You can earn them in just two good matches.

I can't hear you over the sheer amount of carnage my Timber Wolf still manages to inflict.

Quirks are fine, nerfs are necessary for equilibrium

This quirk pass is misaimed garbage, but the Timby-D arm was always kinda weird. First thing I did when it came out of wallet-warrior land was put one on all the Timbys, rearranging weapons as needed.

This thread reminds me of the Type 59 whines over on the World of Tanks forums. Just because you paid money for it, doesn't mean it gets to be OP forever. Best not to buy things just because they're OP at the moment.

Its ok now you don't get that benefit you can now at least be free to choose an arm that doesn't have the negative quirks on it in its place.....

The biggest advantage the D has is 4 missile hardpoints in its torsos with no locked JJs.
