Multi-tier package system

Tune up cap at 100%

each tune up adds a percentage to total at 100%

Weapon quirk tune ups percentage are greater ex adding 5% to existing value in quirk put your tune up percentage at 10% if you are adding new its 12% also high damage weapons incur more tune up percentage.

This will allow more unique mech builds

As with the quirk system istself.. this would only complicate things further..

The Quirk system should be removed from the game alltogether..

While I agree with you. I am not a fan of the quirk system... It is currently PGI's only way to balance mechs without having to make major changes inside the mech or system.
