My system is an intel i5 750 cpu+4gb DDR3 memory+Geforce GTX 560 GPU with 1gb memory. I'm running MWO @medium graphics@1080p. I could raise without problems to high details, the only problem is if I'm running MWO with high texture details the game starts to stutter sporadic when I'm playing online. On testing grounds this problem doesn't exist. Normaly the game fps is capped at 50-60 because of vsync.

What's the bottleneck? Not enough memory maybe? I know 4gb system memory is not much these days.

Thanks, that works pretty well for me. I bookmark your post for the future so that I never forget/lose your cfg-changes.

It's been noted, once or twice, that setting a framerate limit of two less then the refresh rate will help v-sync behave properly.

Medium Textures seem to take up ~800MB VRAM; High Textures where ~1200MB, IIRC …
