Assuming the speed bump is the same as TT, should be about 33% of MWO maximum speed.

Yep, 33% or around that. Should make the Gladiator move at about 95 KPH which is "okay" for a 95 ton mech. DROOOOOL.

The Executioner will move 71 after speed tweak. If MASC gives a 33% increase as it appears to, then it will travel just over 94 with it engaged.
The Shadow Cat will move 107 after speed tweak, and about 142 with MASC.

MASC is double walking speed; running speed (maximum speed) is 1.5 times walking speed.
It depends how PGI does it.
Either 89 (8 movement speed) or 94(using math) for the Glad.
Cat is ~142 either way (due to having an odd number movement speed, as opposed to an even number for the Glad)

Am I wrong to feel concerned on that front... considering PGI hasn't allowed us to test MASC or just even discuss it?

It comes next month already...I think we need to know WHAT THE **** it's going to do before the actual release. I'm pretty sure Russ even said once that they would post MASC's function in a month or two...several months ago.

No, you're not, maybe on this one though they want to surprise us... hopefully in a good way.
I feel there is no inbetween.
It'll either be not implemented (worst case) or that it will be crazy OP and/or unbalanced for a while.
This is a likely PGI scenario.
