I would think the ability to remove the lower arm actuators in Inner Sphere mechs should be allowed. I like arm movement, yet my best shot placement is done when I use a mech that can only move up and down with the arms. Even if there is a concern for placing things like AC20s in mechs that shouldn't, YLW/CN9-AH verses all other CN9s, just don't give us an extra slot.

Or... allow lateral arm lock?
