Triple LPL is pretty beast. My GHR runs that plus backup smalls and when the enemy lets you tag them, they just get wrecked.

As I remember correctly not much time ago was some bug on some maps 2 or 3 day long and people takes Ace of Spades for free just killing standing with no action enemy.

You don't get kill badges in CW. I've gotten 8 kills in CW before and no badge.

Those only work in the regular queues. I've managed to nail 8 Mechs one time in a normal queue, but that was before Achievements and Clan Tech.

I don't think staged matches (private matches), count towards achievements. Best I ever got was 11 kills in one match (last one was stolen from me), in my 4MG Ember, back when MGs were a real nightmare to contend with. Also, I had 11 assists one match, and I ruined them by getting the killing blow earlier in the match, on a mech (I didn't know I was going to wreck so many people in a non-basic'd Nova). Still breaks my heart to this day, that I was so close to the 12 assists achievement.

Private Matches do not count towards Achievements.

I've had 11 assists so many times.... It really makes me want to run a light on Forest straight over to their camp and drop and arti while lasering everything I can find.

Problem is then that your team has to actually kill them all.

8 is my usual high. Think I got 9 once. Also 11 once (by a fluke, 3 rage quitters disconnected mid-match side by side which helped a lot).

The bigger problem for me for quite a while was that I would hit them all and my team would win, but I would always inadvertently get at least one kill. I did finally manage 12 assists though. An yes, private matches do NOT earn achievements. Otherwise it would be very easy (with a little coordination) to get the Death Star.

Koniving, team kills don't count. ;-)

12 assists was one of the first achievements I got. I think I was lurming that match. Probably the best way to do it.

I remember getting the 12 assists within the first week of achievements by using the trial spider and touching everyone with the laser.

Sometimes you just get lucky. My 11 kill match. I just got really lucky.

if i can do 8 kill nonstaged in an awesome in pugland, then i would be willing to bet someone in a prime meta tier 1 chassis could potentially get 4 more kills, it would take some luck

played against a death star tag player today in a shadowhawk, he wasn't anything impressive - his team was failing hard and he went down the same as any other with 200 dmg

the way i got my ace of spades tag is camping a very specific spot in crimson strait, and waiting for the mechs to show up, they had to shoot up through a grate, but couldn't keep up with 3 LPL coring them down from that window.

Played against someone with Death Star tag today piloting an Urbie. I disarmed him almost immediately. But then the very next match he got 7 kills with his urbie. (I'll leave his name out) I meant to ask him if his tag was legit.

He got 7 kills with an urbie. I'd say it's legit. The highest I ever got was 5 in my 5MG 4MG 2 ERLL Urbie.
