make it so that opt-in players are ranked by bases captured (conquest + assault) and turrets killed,
and also mechs killed in skirmish mode.
whoever has the best score across the board in all game modes (must play all 3)
is rewarded as the best all-round well balanced player
would make for a fun weekend of people dropping random gamemode, using capture modules, going for
bases in assault mode (which could backfire badly) piloting lighter mechs... would keep things fresh

I would like this.
In Skirmish, just count Kills/Solo Kills and Kill Most Damage Dealt.
In Assault, award double points for Defensive Kills. Award points for capturing the enemy base (per % you captured, not just capturing the whole thing). Award a small amount of points for killing turrets. Award points for kills/most damage dealt. Award bonus points for capturing the enemy base instead of killing all enemy mechs.
In Conquest, award double point for Defensive Kills. Award points for capturing nodes (per % you captured). Award points for kills/most damage dealt.
