First off I want to say I pre-ordered my Resistance 2 pack at the 11th hour. But the time stamp on my reciept is: 2015-05-31 17:22:10 UTC (12:22PM CST my time). Doesn't this mean I qualify for the early adopter rewards? I'm curious because my 30 days of premium time isn't showing up and I'm pretty sure the Resistance 2 faq says we get the premium time on June 1st. Any information or help is greatly appeciated.

I suggest you check your Premium Time in your profile.

Despite the new/updated "Redeem Feature", you are not told that you have received your banked premium time.

I suggest you check your profile for "Banked Premium Time" and do some math to check if you got it.

Thanks for the suggestion, my profile page only has 24hrs of banked time though.

I would suggest you contact support and see if they can resolve this.

My preorder was May 11th, and I'm also missing the banked time. I sent a support ticket not long ago, and if I hear something before you I'll post my results.

So it seems like it was just delayed, and they distributed the banked time a few hours ago. If you still don't have yours, you should definitely create a support ticket.
