Immsersion Could Change This Game

I was thinking that maybe small immersion features could really change this dull course of devloppment.
To be honnest, I've almost given up on big features but I still want to discuss them.
Here is a scenario that would really make the feeling of the game change. It wouldn't affect the mechanics but it would make each player feel like an actual Mechwarrior.
Intro
-Timer kept at the actual rate, ready would cut down on prematch scenes.
-60 to 30 seconds we get the mechwarrior team meeting in a room with drop points and objective
-30 to 20 seconds you can see in first person perspective entering the Mech and flipping on switch (IF THE SWITCH WERE ACTUALLY INTERACTING...).
-20 to 0 The dropship lands, the mech is getting out and at 0 pricesely you are in commands of it.
In match
-Pilot head is "detach" from the chair, so when it shakes you have additional feeling.
-Firing makes the pilot press the button on the control stick.
-All the monitors show information from the available hud.
-Being damaged interacts with cockpits. Making sparkles, crack glass and monitors going Offline.
-In combat bitching betty saying what on our team has been killed. For exemple: "Team Alpha, Direwolf lost" etc
After combat
-Pods of combat descend back on planets, the fewer teamate left, the fewer the pods.
-Enable kill replays of mechs.
-Enable all voice chat on both teams.
-Show map of various pilot and their patterns
I mean, I think it's small things but would make the game step up it's engine...

All these things sound really great to me. I've been told the monitors used to display real info but that was too cpu intensive. It would be great if they could add that kind of thing back in since they've recently applied a bunch of optimizations in recent patches.
Big fan of the cockpit damage idea, that would be great. Maybe only if you take damage to the head. That would make headshots much more impactful, rather than, "oh, that gauss round looked like it was close to my cockpit, let me check the paper doll.... yep, totally was shot in the cockpit." New headshot results in shattered glass, sparks, strobe lights... lol you would just say "FFFF!"

There are so many simple changes that would mean the world to this game. I'm not even talking about bigger stuff, like being able to choose a small pilot avatar / profile picture that represents you, and letting other people's profile pictures appear in the corner of the screen when they activate VOIP. Remember that, from MechCommander? There would be a tiny flash of static and you'd see a video feed from whatever pilot was talking. That's lostech in 2015.
But apart from the major stuff, there are so many tiny things PGI could do to improve immersion in this game. But I don't think they will.

I approve this message!
In all seriously though, having my doubts PGI would actually take the time to implement these things.

Would be some interesting reads.

PGI has shown they are incapable of anything approaching this level of detail.
It's the sad truth.
PGI removes features more than they add them.

Computer
This interface would allow the player to view the Pilot’s Logbook, which lists important career information, such as pilot name, rank, level, loyalty points and achievements. This is where players upgrade their Mech Trees and Pilot Trees, pledge allegiance to a Faction, join a Mercenary Corporation, or stay neutral as a Lone Wolf. Lastly, this interface shows available contracts and clan/guild recruitments.
Uniform Locker
This interface would allow the player to view the dress uniform with the appropriate rank insignia and all the medals, ribbons, and badges awarded to the player. This reflects your honorable service to your Faction.
Archive
This interface would allow the player to explore the history, technology and politics of the Great Houses & Clans while also displaying the roles and capabilities of BattleMechs (also showing the lore behind Hero ‘Mechs).
Holographic Planetarium
This interface would allow the player to explore the galaxy map, showcasing all the (core/faction/border) worlds involved in the universe for MWO. Players can see which faction holds a particular planet and what resources and perks the planet offers to various factions.
Calendar
This interface would allow the player to view upcoming events planned for their Faction or Mercenary Corporation. Basically, this allows you to setup and invite other clan/guild members to your events. Plan your conquests!
To increase immersion, there will be various screens in the Pilot's Quarters that display ISN News Flashes, Champion & Hero BattleMech Advertisements, and the results of territory battles within Faction Warfare.

This guy has lots of good ideas. This was made well before the Galaxy map was added.

Something like this idea I'm sure they would do. Creating a pilot face and pilot quarters or something, but way down the road. Hopefully the game evolves to that point eventually.
The other day I checked out Eve and spent longer in the character creation than in game. Wasnt interested in the game once I got in, at the time but the character creation was amazing.
Also no offense but the factions just stinks compared to Mechwarrior. But Mechwarrior character creation at the moment just stinks compared to Eve.
