I propose a teamwork based grab bag event where prizes for the whole team are determined by the player with the lowest number of assists on your team.

If someone on your team finishes with 0 assists you get nothing, with quality of prize increasing with the number of assists, and the "top prize" set for perhaps 9 assists for the teams "worst" player.

To reduce the chances of people manipulating the system in the group queue to get the top prizes by synch dropping with two 12 person groups I suggest that to achieve higher level prizes the assist requirement be raised in group queue.

for CW multiply requirements by 4, due to the fact that there are 4 times as many assists available

Thais would encourage working together and trying to help your fellow players as opposed to your usual challenges which I usualy see a lot of complaints about due to incentivizing a "selfish" play-style.

A non grab bag variation on this would be a challenge where you have to get a number of matches where everyone on your team gets at least a set number of assists, if possible try to determine how long it is likely to take to get those games and preferably set the events main prize requirement so it is plausible for someone who has 2-3 hours available per day to win the main prize

good point,
I would suggest if someone never connects or is disconnected before match start they should be discounted from calculations, however if they are still connected at match start and then are disconnected weather deliberately or through a malfunction the score counts, otherwise if someone realized they were going to get no assists they may choose to disconnect to help the team.

What if there was a time limit? Say 30 seconds regular matches & 1 minute for CW. If people DC within the time limit they aren't counted.

that would be fine, I just do not want a situation where someone who realizes he/she will not get an assist disconnects and has his/her score discounted
