One ECM is countered by one BAP.If you have 2+ ECM active a single BAP will counter the single closest ECM.All other ECM within range of the BAP function as normal only the closest ECM is countered.

A TAG will counter ECM counter lock effects on any single target you have TAG'ed UNLESS the ECM is within 180m of the TAG equiped mech.When this happens the TAG does not counter the ECM.

NARC beacon counters any ECM on board a mech the NARC is attached to. So if one ECM mech is NARC'ed the ECM is countered however if a second ECM is within range of the NARC beacon the NARC is countered by the second ECM.

So,to counter multiple ECM to have functioning Streak locks you can try the following.

have a BAP + TAG + a NARC

the BAP will passivley counter the closest ECM
The TAG should now be able to function as long as there are not 2+ ECM within 180m of your mech.
If a second ECM does enter range (180m) NARC it.

This would mean the closest ECM is countered by the BAP.A second ECM can be countered by the NARC as long as the NARC remains active on the ECM mech.Additional ECM mechs can be countered by addition NARC beacons as well.

If this seems ridiculously over the top to you this means you now understand why the ECM mechanics in MWo are garbage.

The ECM is a passive effect that simply works by virtue of existing meanwhile the counter measures for ECM require prohibitive investment in weapon hardpoints,tonnage and space in addition to requiring active (and successful) targeting of enemy ECM mechs in many cases.

Basicaly ECM = brainless idiot can make effective use because it's a passive effect
Counter ECM = jumping through hoops to counter a passive effect.
