Finally back !, Posted Image

How do you think of the front wind-shield ?, i tried to make it thicker, it looks better IMO. From now on i will just gonna stack multiple layers of paper to achieve small an thin details. Yours too ?
Can i use putty to even out some of the gaps?? (after applying mr.surfacer)
Yours still looks much cleaner than mine, for some reason the whole city just stop selling 120 A4 paper :/ , so i have to use thicker, heavier paper X(.

I think it's too thick, but looks pretty good. Yes, layers are very important, I do use them too. Thick paper do not fold very well, I always try to avoid it. You will get that precision in time, just build models and try to improve them somehow over last ones.

It's the first one. The last one. And the only one that matters.

I wish I had time while up here in the States to commission a Deputy Dawg from you.

I assume that You will use a lot of putty so you need sand paper 150 where is really thick layer to sand and next 300 and 600 to smooth it out. You can also buy normal car primer in spray to easy apply first layer, and this will show you what parts needs the most sanding etc. You can apply putty and mr surfacer after that step. And brushes, you need thick soft rund brush for base coating and some 2-3 smaller flat brushes and one for small details, very thin. I think thats all for a good start to clean your models and paint them.

So 1 main brush to do all the base coating with mr surfacer (after spraying primer).
What kind of putty do i need ? When can i apply the putty ?, after the 3rd mr surfacer layers ?

No, first primer then putty work, sanding and after this steps 2-3 layers of surfacer and fine sanding between them. I'm using acrylic putty.
