I am planning to get an upgrade module today. The module is lock duration or something. There are 2 upgrade levels. If i get level 1 and buy the module, is it stuck at level 1 if i use gxp to later upgrade to level 2?

Yes, if you use GXP later the module will upgrade.

I think the proper answer would actually be No, if you use GXP later the module will automatically upgrade.

To add, it is not possible to own both lvl 1 and 2 modules. They are either all lvl one, or after unlocking the next tier with GXP, all lvl 2. Weapon modules operate the same way. Everything upgrades automatically upon unlocking with no extra cbil expense.

No, when you upgrade to lvl 2 they all go to lvl 2. You cannot even own different levels of a module, wither all your target info gathering (or whichever) modules are lvl 1 or they're all lvl 2 (or 3 or 4 or 5)
