I knew I was late and wouldn't be getting one but wrote one up on the fly for fun.
Didnt think I'd get one but it looks like I did.
Thanks !
Will pay it forward soon.

Oh my Locust, how I dread you.
You have paper armor.
You get stuck on rocks.
You get One-Shot.
And blown out of your socks.
But your quickness.
God your speed.
It's the rush.
It's maneuverability I need.
My Locust.
My ninja.
I love you.
I hate you.
You wouldn't be you.
If you weren't you.

Hey... depending on which locust one plays... we can't shoot as high up as some Locust can. Gotta hitt'em where you can and make it count.

It always got the enemies' focus.
So it tried to run fast
In the hope to get past
without being shot in its tookus.

That's the worst thing about the Pirate's Bane. All torso mounted weapons means that I can't hardly hit anything above or below me....and almost everything is above a Locust (except legs and crotches). I do wish PGI would increase the torso tilt to 25 degrees on that little fella.

^^^^this 110%!!!! yeah.... I wasn't gonna buy it, but man, it was on sale and I love my Locusts! Then if they could tame down the MG flash so I could turn particles back up to high or very high and I would be happier with the PB. Oh well.... maybe coming soon tm.

That was far more an issue than I thought it would be. I actually thought torso weapons would be a plus, but not as much as I thought it would be.
I also can't find a cool enough build for my liking on the PB, but it isn't fully basic'd either. Currently running 2 MPLasers and 2 SLasers just because it is cooler than 4 MLasers. It is still a build that gives me trouble.

I have been having trouble in it too... and it was a real pain to get it mastered. Finished it up a couple months ago...but wow! I a have had some really good games with 4 small pulse lasers, and two MG's, 3 kills, 600+ damage, but some games it just drops like a brick when anything shoots at it. I think PGI needs to increase the speed cap, and I need to run faster in it!

cloaked in ECM, lag, and speed
It races across the map unseen,
until it meets a fat battle machine
Release the volleys and have them burn
straight through its back and thus earn
Component Destroyed! Solo Kill!
Without fail, it has killed the Dire Whale.
But this is not always so

Caustic Valley where do I go?
Maybe ECM our mechs that run slow
Wait until it's six to two
We all close-in, pew pew pew
The enemy is in plain sight!
I try my best and overheat
The pain of only 10 double heatsinks.
