i LOVE how they work now, not only do they fire faster, they feel more deadly, look more deadly. and remind me alot of how autocannons worked in MW3. dont ruin this for us clan mech users! i love the buff!

Seriously, don't. The only 'Mech truly capable of boating Clan UACs is the Dire Wolf, and even then you just need to not stand in front of it like a deer caught in the headlights of an incoming car. The buff that came out this patch has finally given the Clans an effectively weapon system that isn't lasers. If you don't want the laservomit meta to continue, then you need effective weapon systems that aren't lasers.

It's a win-win, somewhat. Clans get decent ballistics, IS gets to fight less lasers.

Yesturday's buff made clan balistics somewhat better, yes, but it still can't compare to IS counterparts.. nor is it mean to.

The laser meta will continue for some time though, simply becouse the best clan mechs are mostly laser hardpoint mechs. We don't really have descent balistic mechs except the "omg its so OP, wee, weee nerf it in the name of all that is IS" daka wolf..

Shure, they can mount balistics.. but sorry, what would you rather have? 3 x C-AC2 or 8 x C-ERML on your Timberwolf? (I'm referring to a tricket-out upcoming TBR-A variant)

Still sub-par compared to laser/gauss. Give it a week until the shiny wears off, and people will be back to the same old same old.
