Hey

To all our American brothers, I hope you enjoy the holiday. Stay safe and go easy on the brew (Abstain entirely if your celebration involves driving).

Our Nation is now 236yrs old (225 if you only consider from the time the constitution was adopted). Still just a baby when compared to other great nations but, we have accomplished allot in this short amount of time. We have grown considerably in both size and intellect. I hope your proud of who we are today and respect our people as some of the greatest hearts and minds on the planet.

You may object to many of the things our government does "in our name" (Lord knows I do) but, you cant deny the greatness of its citizens. The diverce cultures we all bring to the table create an interesting and semi-open minded outlook on the world. Our forefathers would be proud of MOST of you

Well, maybe there are some planets in the Battletech Universe that have a national holiday on July 4th. But I hardly doubt you're referring to one of them. So yes, this is the wrong forum. And yes, this is the 4th topic about that date I have seen today - in the wrong forum.

I agree. Since this isnt a Canadian holiday maybe a DEV/STAFF/MOD will cart these threads to OT where they belong asap.
