"Don't cross the Wangs" (insert appropriate Ghostbusters meme here)

At least I MIGHT be able to keep up with you this time, fingers crossed.

Well so much for that idea, the boss (wife) knocked it right out of the park (with a frying pan no less). At least my daughters bedroom is decorated....... theres always tonight i suppose.

Abusing your Wang can be grounds for divorce - not sure if that's a good enough excuse or not though . . . .

People crying about not being included this weekend in the event... grow the hell up and go outside this weekend. Unreal the sense of intitlement some of you have. I'm sure we'll have another all inclusive event soon. The amount of butt hurt here shows many of you need to take a break from playing.

Congrats on the burthday, young whipper snapper.

One of my lancemates was in the 20's on the YLW last time I looked, now I REALLY need to get my finger out and give him some competition.

I know that it is disappointing to learn, but "wang" means "king" in Chinese (probably Mandarin).

I like how in 90% of matches, Oxides do on average 50% more damage than Wangs.

QUIRKS ARE FINE.

Eh, Oxides tend to not be as high a priority target and are fast enough to completely destroy someone's rear armor and get away before bad things happen. Plus we have a higher alpha and the damage is more spread out so we have to throw more salvos down range to get a kill.

Alternatively, Jenner pilots are guided and protected by Hermes and with his blessing we deliver many flowers (AKA missiles). Compare this to that silly Chinese death god thing and obviously we'll get more deliveries in.

Yen Low has more quirks.
Mediums are the half way point between a light and a heavy, not fast enough to play hit and run like a light and not tanky enough to brawl like a heavy, try skirmishing more.

I chuckle.

Are you implying Oxides are more dangerous then? Because every moment Im in one, I **** myself when something remotely heavier or faster than I am looks at me.

It only takes so much damage to core out a running CT without JJs.

Question:

How are Ties scored? Wins are worth 10, Losses are worth 5. So, a Tie is worth 0?

Im enjoying how on the last day the hitreg has REALLY turned to sh!t.

Really really sh!t... even more sh!t then the regular sh!t.
Makes life nice and easy when playing in a tourney - even if just a public tourney.
I love watching only 1/3rd of shots fired from my dual AC5s register on stationary mechs which have pings 2-3 times lower (EU) or 5-6 times lower (US) than myself.

Nice work...

just to clear up some confusion if you get in the top 5 you qualify for all the rewards, not just the Mech bay.

We realize that...it still doesn't seem like much compared to previous events.

Not much drive to get to the top.

100% agree except for a term used. Several events I saw I had no desire to be in so I left, nice to have some time away from MWO now and then.

Oxides = Vengence of your last significant other/hookup.

Quite often agree with you Deathlike, but come on.. ..the wang is one hell of a hero! I even run it in CW!!

Will be making an appearance on the leaderboard once again ;)

I'm not a fan of the Wang.

Although, having looked over the quirks, at least +50% to torso twisting is incredible (plus decent AC20 quirks).

I'm kinda enjoying the Enforcer-4P better though... more armor on the AC20 arm (and the other arm), arm articulation, and mostly the 3rd laser hardpoint (well, there's 4, but that's too damn hot).

Just a reminder that 4 of the 5 chassis that will eventually getting "dynamic hardpoints" are on display (Commando, Cicada, Dragon, Awesome... - Stalker is the only one not on the list that isn't actually bad, but is on the list).

What is this "dynamic harpoints" you speak of? I've not heard anything official.

I meant to say "dynamic visual hardpoints" (aka legomechs).

Still no ETA, but remember the last two to recently get them were the Jagermech and Cataphract.

Just possibly maybe Catapult-A1 / C4 will be fixed... Missile Pod "Tree Cancer" will be corrected.

Expect that in 2016 or even later... it's not going to be addressed in a timely manner... aka soon™.
