Ok so my friend gifted me the urban mech and I redeemed its codes at the redeem tab, I logged into my mechwarrior game and it does not show them in there!

Ok so I redeemed the code for the urban mechs but I just can't find them, I remember someone said I could go to my profile and then content and find things there but there is nothing.

If you've already redeemed it, than it may just take a little while to show up. As well, since the new Mechlab is in, you'll need to go into the "Inner Sphere" tab for the select mech screen, and then look under lights. Should be there.
Sometimes takes around 1/2 hour to show up. Wait that long, log back in, and if it's still not there, contact PGI.

It could take up to a full business day for the mech to be injected into your account.

I had an incedint with the new Griffin, I redeemed the code and it did not show up, contacting support got it fixed, if 24 hours after redeeming it is still not showing up I think that would qualify as an account problem so email:
accounts@mwomercs.com
with full details, just bear in mind they only work Canadian office hours

You make that sound like we have very strange office hours. Now I grant you that we lose a bit of time dog sledding to work, taking Tim Horton's breaks, and cutting our days short if there's a good hockey game on, but we mostly try to get in our 7.5 hour work day.

on several occasions I have seen threads where people were complaining that there ticket submitted on Friday evening had not been resolved by Sunday afternoon so the intent was to manage STALKER OMEGA's expectations with regards to response times.
