I must be completely blind. I read a post that said quirks are visible pretty much in all screens, but I can't flipping find them!

its in the MechLab in MechStats, click to Expand and theirs a Quirk-Section,

To clairify this, in the mechlab tab, after you have selected a mech, MECH STATS will be the heading/title of one of the various information boxes toward the bottom mid-left usually. It normally contains info like current armor, tonnage, speed, slots used/max slots and just left of those title words MECH STATS is an icon meant to represent an expanding box. Clicking this icon expands mech stats to take much more of the screen up and includes all the mech quirks. If the mech has a lot of mech quirks which would go off the bottom of the window border, it then has a scroll down function inside the expanded mech stats window.
