I had a $25 KK card and bought a $15 and $7 package. Now I have $3.10 left, can I do anything with this or should I just burn the card because there's nothing in the gift or MC store I can use it on?

Just hold onto it, if you pick up another KK card in the future, whether to use for this game or something else, you can go on the KK site and combine the values into one card.
