you guys (PGI) really need to change the Customer appreciation reward date. the Anniversary is in October , yet the qualifier for rewards is in January. That's BS because you are basically ignoring all the loyal customers that bought stuff in October, November and December and then were to broke to buy stuff after January. There's a lot of us that bought resistance packs and clan packs in December because that is when we had money. I swear If the qualification date isn't changed i'm not spending another penny on this game again. It's just wrong many of us are going to be excluded from the loyal customer rewards because we spent our money too early in the 2014-2025 year. The qualification date for the rewards should start in October 2014 to now , not January 2015.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't people who bought packs last October, November , and December ALREADY get free bonus mechs last December?

neg, it was in an awkward situation between the first one and second one not covering it. The first one was any purchase up to that point (and a bit extra), the 2nd one was till that date for anything in the year. This means there is a few months that no appreciate occurs for the group who did not qualify for either.

PGI at this point on will make it much more neater, as mention here it is valid till the end of this year and all purchases this year is okay- this means any pack that comes out in say the last 3 months of this year will still apply. And this will be repeated for the 3rd year and thus no more gaps.
