I don't want to. I don't have credit card. What would be the point in having Paypal then? Nevermind that, I've contacted support and we are working on it. Just wanted to be picky. :lol:

Still pondering the pre-order, as I haven't taken the plunge yet on clan mechs and not entirely sure if I want to bother. The cost has been a deterrent before, but this is the first time I could actually see myself playing most/all the chassis in a pre-order package.

The concept art has been amazing for wave 3 however (some of the best MWO art since the Mad Cat), and the mechs seem like they will have some valid play styles (not just lasers all day long). I hope the countdown material gives me a clear direction on whether to drop some $$ or just keep working away at my IS mechs.

Also, it's 25 tons with 16 heatsinks, not 19. One is externally mounted in the RT, restricting that torso to 6 slots (Gauss Rifle or smaller).

That would actually be quite cool. Being able to toggle IS/Clan/both could be helpful to disambiguate things.

The way PGI goes back and forth is probably confusing to folks less familiar with the lore. Sometimes I call Hellbringer "Loki"
in-game, and folks don't know what I'm talking about. Especially problematic with the more obscure mechs like the Fenris/Ice Ferrett. There's a lot of mech names, variants and loadouts for an unfamiliar player to try and memorize, and adding confusion with the names doesn't help.

big deal, dont care, they fkd up meck lab/garrage PUT IT BACK THE WAY IT WAS!!! not worth playing anymore when you gotta spend 1/2 hr+ EVERYTIME trying to figuer out the MESS YOU MADE OF INVENTORIES N FORMAT! FK ANNOUNCEMENTS!! put it back way it was or refund me evey cent i spent on mechs n garages ! your messed up garage set up is a FAIL ! not worth the effort at all!!

Calm down sir. It only needs to be re-learned. The mech select is categorized and doesn't take forever to load a large amount of owned mechs to select from. The lab takes less clicks to customize on now with drag and drop into the mechs sections. The store is for buying new mechs with C-bill/MC and mech bays with MC. To sell items navigate to your inventory.

The lab takes longer for the sub 1600*900 plebs.

The removal of the Equip button (want to equip 9 tons of ammo? Click and drag 9 times. Old version was click 9 times. Guess which is faster.)

Remove of Mech Overview; you can never see what your mech has equipped in it's entirety. You need to click 8 times to view each component, or just drop in the testing grounds to see how much ammo you have; rather than being able to see everything at once.

Removal of Auto-opening menus. Previously, remove an omnipod, list automatically opens for replacement options, and an equip button. Now you need to open 3 separate tabs, then drag and drop.
Ditto for ammo and weapons.


Drag and Drop and replace also causes the occasional issue, having to go back and open another 3 tabs to get the weapon you just replaced with ammo. Equip button would have prevented that.



PGI removed some very helpful features with this new mechlab. But hey, there's an ammo filter now. Who cares that it takes four times as long to equip that ammo.

Not issue really, just have another either/or, on/off toggle switch for people who would rather just see only IS, or clan names.
