The nerf's are clearly needed for SOME builds. but an all across the board nerf isn't right. There are also other mech's that need serous nerf's. IE The Daka Whale. (6 or more UAC's) I propose an applied buff given on the load out. Example. A balanced Timberwolf mounting LRM's. MG's and Lasers wouldn't get any negative quirks, however, laser-vomit would however, get such quirks. this allows players who use these mech's to have both positive and negative impacts depending on there load outs. increasing there use as competitive mech's. and making sure that no mech is just flat out hurt by negative quirks like the Victor was.

and for newer players who weren't around when the Victor was given 'nerf's' that made the mech completely un-useable. the negatives on it made it turn slower, have nearly un-useable weapons, and armor. all because some people abused certain builds. I don't want to see the all powerful Timberwolf suffer the same fate.
