"actions" On The Wrap-Up Screen?

At the end of a match, when you look at your personal summary screen, you get a listing of income by "action" with names like "Hit and Run" and "Kill Assist". While the second example is pretty straightforward, there are plenty of others that are not obvious at all as to what I did to earn those c-bills. Is there a list with definitions somewhere? Can you point me to it? Thanks!
