I sent email to both: general@mwomercs.com and technical@mwomercs.com about this issue.

Has everyone else done the same to let PGI know of the problem?

You had to redeem by end of event or they are forfeit. Sorry, but they're gone.

Wrong, it said that the event ended on the 22nd, but we have the ability to redeem the matches until the 24th.
